How does the warranty provided by the seller work?

Hello everyone, so I bought a turbo for my car and after not even a month and a half it broke, the replacement, from what is written on the seller's page is under warranty, but the seller is not replying to the many emails I sent, what should I do in this case? thanks

Two problems:

The 24-month legal warranty is owed only by professional sellers with their registered office in an EU country.
The warranty on parts that must be installed applies only if they are installed by the seller or if they can be installed by the buyer based on authorization and instructions given by the seller (Ikea furniture style). Art. 131 of the consumer code.

If the installation was done by a professional mechanic, it was he who should have bought the part. So you would ask him to apply the warranty and he could then go after his supplier.
