How does returning an item work?
After a bad experience with a seller, who sent me an item different from the description (which they then promptly changed after I pointed it out to them, and they offered me a really minimal refund that doesn't make up for the missing pieces), I'm now thinking of making a return, but a huge doubt has come to me: this blessed package, once I ship it, will it arrive first at eBay so they can check it themselves, or will it go directly to the seller? Because since the seller was already dishonest about the item's description, I wouldn't want them to make up some story that I sent an empty package, or other similar things, and refuse to refund me after I send the goods back to them.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can clear up my doubts! ๐

Mentore3 years agoHello,
if the reason for the return is that the item is not as described, the cost of return shipping is borne by the seller... the important thing is to open the correct procedure on eBay and follow it carefully, and if the seller does not cooperate, you can ask for eBay's intervention after the times indicated in these pages:
