Hello, since it's the first time this has happened to me and I have some doubts.. I'd like to know how a return and refund request for a malfunctioning item works from the seller's point of view?.. I should add that I've decided to believe the buyer who tells me that the airbrush, new but from old stock, that he bought doesn't work well, and that therefore, sadly, I will proceed with the refund with return. From what I understand, I will have to pay for the shipping and when the item arrives I will pay the full refund.. but at least will the fees be deducted, including the promotion fee?.. are there any other things to keep in mind?
