How do refunds work? How many days does it take for the credit to be issued

Hi everyone. I bought a pair of shoes for 95.00 euros. The seller wrote to me that the package was lost and will proceed with the refund. The ms arrived yesterday.. when will I see the refund credited.. because I still haven't received anything. I paid with PayPal. Can someone help me? To understand whether I should already contact eBay for buyer protection?? Thanks.

So you have to wait a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days from receiving the refund issuance confirmation email from ebay.

Once you receive a confirmation email from ebay, the refund will be issued within 2 business days.

Then it will follow the same path as the payment, in reverse. So all the subsequent times will depend only on your bank account and your credit card.
