Why are 20 sales restriction messages arriving in European countries?

Good evening, I should say that I am a professional seller who joined OSS from the dedicated page, so I’m wondering:
how come I received 20 messages restricting sales in all European countries saying that my position is not regular, when in fact I registered with the One-Stop Shop and reported my OSS enrollment on eBay?
and why, for something so important, can’t you speak with someone competent and, above all, after telling me they had forwarded the request to the relevant department, I’ve been waiting since this morning and there’s still nothing at all?
can you tell me where I’m going wrong and how to solve the situation?
