If you received the confirmation email from ebay, the refund was already sent days ago (it goes out within the following 2 business days) and follows the same route as the payment, in reverse. So (if you received the ebay email), the reasons for the delay depend only on your bank and your credit card.
If, on the other hand, the message was only from the seller, ask ebay to step in.
