How come an HACCP book that is supposed to include the DVD is sold without the DVD included?
I bought an HACCP book for my sister that was supposed to include the DVD. Can the page containing the HACCP DVD be removed and the book sold without it? Is it possible to ask the seller for a small refund, since the book could not be sold without the HACCP DVD?

Mentore3 years agoIf instead the book was supposed to contain the DVD, since that ISBN code is the one (with DVD) and it was sold as new or complete, then what you received was not as described and you can request a return at the seller's expense and a refund. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&ri=0

Mentore3 years agoIf the DVD was not EXPLICITLY indicated and described in the listing, you cannot consider an item non-compliant just because you think it "should have included"... since not all HACCP manuals include an optical disc.
So if you can't find it written anywhere, the listing matches what was received.
