how to mass edit or bulk edit shipping costs!

Good morning everyone,
I'm asking a know-it-all for some info if they know how to do it and whether it's feasible.
I need to put a high number of listings on eBay, I've set up the ''three rate tables for the three international zones of Poste Italiane'' and I'd like to sell excluding certain countries worldwide and be able to quickly modify the amounts if postal rates change, without having to open each listing individually.
Example: in the listing in the international shipping cost module I created three registered shipments that would refer to the rate zones of Poste Italiane (zone 1 zone 2 zone 3), the three zones have different postal costs but it only lets me enter one rate table and not three tables, one for each zone.
I assume that in the event of a rate increase and I had to make adjustments, I would still have to open each listing individually in order to modify the other two zones where the rate table is not set, or am I wrong?
As eBay settings go, it's pretty complicated.
