How do I get the "Check shipment" button for tracking? | Questions and answers among users

Hi everyone,I recently placed two orders on eBay, as you can see in the attached image. For the first order (placed on July 25, 2024), there is a button called "Check shipping" that lets me see where the package is and follow the detailed tracking. However, for the second order (placed on August 9, 2024), this button is missing, and I can only see that the order is "awaiting shipment". I was wondering if there was a way to get detailed tracking for this second order as well. Has anyone had a similar experience or know how I can solve this problem? Thanks so much in advance for the help!
