How to get a refund for VOSTOK KOMANDIRSKIE 350751 item

Good morning, on 21 February 2024 I ordered the VOSTOK KOMANDIRSKIE 350751 watch with order number:
05-11217-28983 .
Unfortunately I have to report that the date display has suddenly stopped working; it stays between one day and the next with a white window.

This is the message I sent to the seller on 06/06/2024

The watch broke while under warranty, the seller contacted me via WhatsApp telling me that to fix it they would have to ship the item to Russia, but this would only happen in October 2024. Alternatively, I would have had to handle it myself and take it to a watchmaker. I had proposed an exchange for another watch, even a more expensive one, adding the difference, but the seller did not accept.

At first the date display broke, after about a month the watch no longer holds its charge.

The legal warranty is an obligation only for professional EU sellers.

If the seller does not act immediately, you can ask for help from the payment method you used.

Dispute on the PayPal site or chargeback through your credit card issuer.
