Hello everyone, I bought a used TV (working) that arrived at my house completely destroyed (the glass was outside the TV and the package). So I asked the seller to make a return. On March 7 the courier came to pick up the package. On March 12 the courier tries to deliver the package to the seller, but with the outcome “delivery unsuccessful”, the same thing happens on the 13th, 14th, 17th, and 18th of March. Now the shipment is “being returned to the sender”. What do I need to do to get the refund? (obviously the seller isn’t answering me)
