How to get a refund
Purchase went badly, goods never arrived at their destination, especially never even entered Italian territory, and the dispute has been closed for more than 10 days now I’ve been waiting for a refund....I have no words....just so much disappointment and anger because the person who didn’t send me the item is a scammer.

Did you receive confirmation of the refund by email? Sometimes the refund may take several days before you can see it. In any case, try contacting support Contact eBay

Mentore3 years agoIf you closed the dispute without asking eBay to step in, it’s normal not to see the refund yet... in fact, if you didn’t receive a confirmation email saying the refund was processed, you may never get it...
So there’s no point calling the seller a scammer; they probably aren’t even at fault if they did actually ship it.
So make sure which report you opened and check whether you can still contact the payment method.

OP3 years agoHi, no, no, I didn’t ask for eBay’s intervention, the case was closed with me being found right and that the refund would arrive in a few days, but more than 10 days have passed

Mentore3 years agoSince they confirmed the refund to you (by email), the payment was issued within the following two business days.
The refund always follows the same path as the payment, but in reverse. Any time after the 2 days that ebay takes is due to the contractual terms of your bank account and/or credit card. For some, it may take another 2-3 days, for others 20-30.
