eBay won't publish my negative feedback to a customer and instead keeps them at 100%—why is that?eBay has been continuing for days to take small amounts of money, 50 cents, 70 cents, but every daynot being able to speak to anyone, I had to close my card to stop these charges, but I wonder if a company like eBay doesn't offer a phone call option. I am very disappointed.
