How do I talk to someone at eBay? Why are you taking money from my card that I don't owe you? Why
eBay won't publish my negative feedback to a customer and instead keeps them at 100%—why is that?
eBay has been continuing for days to take small amounts of money, 50 cents, 70 cents, but every day
not being able to speak to anyone, I had to close my card to stop these charges, but I wonder if a company like eBay doesn't offer a phone call option. I am very disappointed.

Mentore10 months agoOf course it includes the call option, on every page at the top left, click on "help and contacts", scroll all the way down where you’ll find the option to be called at the number you entered when registering your account.
If you owe eBay money, closing the card certainly won’t solve the problem, make sure you understand what these charges refer to.
As for negative feedback, there are rules; if for some reason you violated them or didn’t follow them, the feedback gets deleted.
