How to switch from a foreign account to an Italian one

Good morning,I have a pretty difficult problem to solve. I had created a German eBay account because I was living in Germany. Now that I’m in Italy, I can’t add the new Italian credit card to the payment methods because the payments page (when I’m on ebay.it)  redirects me to the payments page on ebay.de and there I can’t enter an Italian card. Good morning,you can only solve the problem if you open a new account in Italy and use Italian details... with a new email! Best regards.
