How can I get a full refund?
I purchased a defective item that I sent back and the seller made me a partial refund offer because they say they received the item broken, but I refused.....!! How can I proceed to get the full amount back??

Remember that the return shipping costs you incurred, you’ll hardly manage to get them back... simply because they weren’t your responsibility...
