How can I get the buyer's exact address
Good morning, I shipped a package as the seller for a purchase. The courier has held the shipment for an incorrect or incomplete address, but it is the one listed on the transaction.
Within three days I have to unblock the shipment by providing the correct address, otherwise I have to pay the difference.
I tried contacting the customer via message but they are not responding.
How do I get the correct address?
