How can I contact eBay and/or a seller?

Hi, even though I have an eBay account, I bought a full LED kit for my car but the bulbs that arrived are not suitable for my car, I can't install them. I can't get an answer from the seller while eBay replied, through artificial intelligence, that according to them the kit cannot be returned. I find myself having spent €130 and being unable to speak with either the seller or eBay. Can you suggest what to do to get the possibility of returning it and obtaining a refund? Thanks, Giorgio

since it was a mistaken purchase, you need to check whether the seller accepts returns; if they are a professional seller, they are required to accept the cancellation.
So open the correct procedure with the right reason:
Return an item in exchange for a refund | eBay
Remember that all costs will be your responsibility.
