How can I contact an eBay operator, or where can I send an email
On December 4 I bought an item from a German company, the item never arrived, I was able to speak with an eBay representative who contacted the seller, who says that my address is not correct and that is why the item was sent back, and if I still want the item I have to pay the shipping costs again plus the return costs. Now my address is correct; if it had been sent by mail and they had not found me they would have left a notice of failed delivery, in the case of a courier he would have called me, all things I was not notified about. Doing a search with the codes sent to me, the item cannot be found, and since the item cannot be found they do not let me speak with a representative. How can I solve the problem?
