Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I can no longer connect directly to the site with my cell phone, I uninstalled and installed the eBay app so many times but to no avail, it connects and the moment I try to open it, the message pops up telling me to update it but to no avail, does anyone know how to advise me about this, thanks.
