How can I get the seller to intervene for the repair of an item under warranty?
How is it possible to request the intervention of a professional seller, in order to obtain a warranty repair?
Item purchased before the 12 months of stated warranty....

If it is a community professional, by law the listing must include all of their contact details, so you have several ways to get in touch with them.
