Mentore3 years agoYou alone can't change it... the feedback doesn't comply with eBay rules as it is highly defamatory, you could even be reported yourself... the seller can request its removal.
If that doesn't happen, you can ask the seller to send you a revision request if they still have any available.
Also remember that feedback never solves problems, in fact it makes them worse; if the item wasn't as described, there is the return request procedure.
