How can I cancel an order?
Good morning, can you help me cancel an order that I no longer need? I had already written to the seller to cancel the order, but he shipped it anyway. Could you please help me cancel the order because I ordered it by mistake and I don't want it anymore. Thanks everyone

Mentore2 years agoUnfortunately for you, on eBay orders can only be canceled with the seller's consent.
If he has already shipped it, you'll have to wait for the package and accept it. Then you can ask the seller if he allows returns for buyer's remorse.
If you don't accept the package, you'll lose both your money and the item.
