The buyer asked me for a return, but in the listing it said non-working? How should I handle it?

Mentore2 years agoNeither of your two listings was sold as "spare parts", but only as "used" and there is no reference to it not working... in the printer you write "PRINTING PROBLEMS" and in the turbine "has been stopped for 10 years, it definitely needs servicing".
So, in order not to lose money and the item, handle the request by arranging the pickup at your expense.
