Good evening everyone, I was wondering if any of you have ever had the same thing happen to you: receiving an item many days late after already having received a refund from eBay customer service. To be fair, I contacted the seller right away to go ahead and pay for the item again, but after more than a week they wrote to me saying that their account is blocked by eBay and asked me to refund them. I would do it more than gladly, but as a buyer I don't know how. What do you suggest I do? I plan to write to eBay customer service to ask whether they can help me find a solution; I would prefer not to make a private arrangement with the seller, since there would be no record of the payment.Thanks
