How can I return an item if the seller doesn’t accept returns
I bought a replacement part for my car and the code provided by the seller was linked to the car model, but once I received it it was not possible to install it because it was different. I contacted the seller, but he didn’t want to know anything about the return and stuck to the fact that the code is correct and the mistake is mine. How can I get my money back and return the part? The seller has blocked all channels to allow the return

Mentore2 years agoAside from the fact that the seller cannot block you from opening a dispute.
Anyway, if the item you received is as described, the seller is not obliged to accept your return request (unless they are a professional)

Mentore2 years agoIf you bought from a private seller and the mistake was yours, you can’t return it without their consent.
If the mistake was the seller’s, they can’t refuse the return for non-conformity.
