How can I solve this problem?
I received a refund request even though the product was shipped and delivered, I have screenshots of the shipment, the delivery address, and the customer who ordered.

In the first case, you can dispute it by providing all the shipping details, tracking and POD included.
Whereas for the second case, to avoid losing money and the item, it's better to take back the item at your own expense.
