How can I solve this problem?
Hello users.
I'm asking for help from the more experienced ones.
I sold a conversion of an ebay voucher into cash in pickup format with immediate payment to a user, who left me feedback, paid me automatically, and after 10 minutes I get an email from ebay saying they had canceled the sale because the account was suspicious, as if it had been used by third parties.
They also left me the pickup code, I have all the right paperwork to get the money back, but I try to contact ebay's internal chat, and when I write, messages come back with the wrong translation, how can I raise the issue and solve it? Thanks a lot in advance.

besides having questionable legality, the sale of the voucher is prohibited according to eBay's rules:

So, to solve the problem, avoid selling them again... in fact, it would be better to regularize your account too, as a private seller you couldn't have the sales model you have!
