How can I report unfair behavior by a seller to eBay?
The seller, in response to my request for technical information, tells me that he can give me a discount if we make the transaction outside of e-bay,
I had never done it, but the item I needed was hard to find and this seller seemed to have the one most similar to the original, from the codes and the photos posted, although he was selling it for three times the normal cost, I agreed, but he sent me an item that does not match either the photos or what was published in the listing, although modified as the seller said, this item does not work, and so I cannot ask for a return or a refund, I know full well that I violated e-bay rules, and that therefore I cannot open a claim, but in my opinion these fraudulent sellers should be reported because by doing this they shield themselves from their wrongdoing, and so they feel untouchable and free to scam buyers using the e-bay platform.
