How should we proceed?
The item is defective and the seller did not accept the refund request, after two months the headphones no longer charge, they don't work, what can I do? In the return rules it says that the seller cannot refuse in the case of defects

Mentore8 months agoYes, but the eBay conformity warranty only lasts 30 days.
If you bought something from a professional seller within the EU, you can ask them to apply the legal warranty. If you bought from a private seller or from a seller outside the EU, you can throw the headphones away.

OP7 months agoI know about eBay’s guarantee, in fact I contacted the seller directly, but they never replied to me. In the end I spoke with customer service and they solved the problem for me. Thanks for replying
