How to recover shipping costs
Good evening, I returned the item that did not match the description to the seller. I paid the shipping costs because the seller said he was unable to send me the label. The shipping cost is not included in the refund I was told about. I do not find all this fair, and BAY should take care of it by protecting the buyer.

eBay would have protected you if you had followed its instructions:

If you did not follow them, you can ask nothing of eBay... and you simply made a mistake by advancing the money yourself... if the seller did not want to take it on, you should have asked eBay to intervene:
