I use the flat-rate regime and, given the conflicting information I have received, I would like to ask someone among you who already carries out these operations which of the two is correct, or whether there are other procedures to follow:1. Invoice to the foreign customer with the total they have paid and with the wording: does not constitute an intra-Community supply pursuant to art. 41 paragraph 2-bis2.
