How to return an item after winning a dispute

Good morning, I purchased an item that was sold in NEW condition, the listing photos did not show any defects, and before buying I had written to the seller, who had assured me again that the item was new. Instead, unfortunately, I received a used and damaged item in places that were not visible in the photos, so I requested a return. The seller never replied to me for 3 days, so I opened a dispute, eBay ruled in my favor and refunded me. Now I don’t understand what I need to do, how do I return the item? The seller still isn’t responding. Shouldn’t I receive a prepaid shipping label to send it back? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoYes, if he doesn't do it, tell him clearly that after a period you consider reasonable... 10/15 days... you will get rid of it by throwing it away.

OP1 year agoOk thanks. I don't understand the seller's behavior, especially since they have all positive feedback (albeit few, 17). The item is a book, so in these conditions I would actually happily throw it away. Either the seller wakes up and sends me a prepaid label, or I definitely won't send it back at my own expense... No matter how willing I am.

Mentore1 year agoIn fact, you don’t have to send it back at your own expense, but you do have to free yourself from the duty of safekeeping.
To do that, you need to send the seller a message telling them that if they don’t provide the label within 10-15 days, you’ll be forced to throw the book away.
After all, that’s what Sika already wrote to you.
