how to request an invoice with VAT number

Good evening everyone,I have a personal account but I need to make a purchase for my company, so I need to get an invoice from the seller (abroad in the European Union, so I would need a VAT-exempt invoice);I tried asking for information in the chat but whoever replied had serious comprehension problems...Could someone give me a few tips?thanks in advance.

Good evening,it will be hard to get the invoice without VAT from an EU seller because it is handled directly by the seller themselves... they should create a special listing for you without VAT... and few people bother to do that... Anyway, asking doesn’t cost anything... obviously directly to the seller. Kind regards.
