How to request a label refund

Hello everyone.

I opened a return request, I followed the procedure to buy a shipping label, offered by eBay, I paid for it and then I closed the return procedure. How can I now ask eBay for a refund of the shipping cost that I did not use, since I kept the item? Thanks

Hello,eBay has redirected you to a shipping service... eBay doesn’t offer it to you! You therefore need to request a refund where you purchased the label: eBay Returns Label Center Kind regards.
