Hello,

the document must be requested from the seller before, at the same time as, or immediately after purchasing the item directly from the professional EU seller.

Private individuals and non-EU sellers cannot issue any document.

Obviously you will have to provide your details, including your tax code.

If the purchase has already been made, it is no longer possible to request it.
