how to request proof of purchase valid for the warranty, for a product bought a year ago
about a year ago I bought a printer and now it’s broken. I’d like to take it in for service but I can’t find the proof of purchase and I don’t know what to do. I tried contacting the seller but the voice recording that answers tells me I have to go to my profile and open a fault report by clicking the non-working product button, but I can’t find it

the proof of delivery had to be requested immediately from the seller during the purchase or within the following 24 hours.
Now it's too late... you need to ask the seller for support directly.
