How do I get my money back after returning the goods?
Today it has been 2 months since I returned non-conforming goods.ebay has started the compensation procedure but as of today neither the seller nor ebay can be contacted to find out where the compensation process stands. Is my money gone?

Mentore3 years agoIt’s important that you followed eBay’s return and refund procedure. If it was completed correctly, you should have received an email from eBay.
If eBay sent you an email saying that they authorized the refund, the refund should have been issued within the next two working days.
The refund always follows the same route as the payment, in reverse. So you should be able to track this refund. If you need help, contact eBay customer service and ask them for the code of their instruction.
