Enough, I'm fed up with jumping from one call center to another like a ping-pong ball to get news about the delivery of goods shipped with the international E-bay program. I found this very useful link https://parcelsapp.com/it/shops/ebay
Just enter the shipping code (international or domestic depending on where the package is still located - easy to try both) and the necessary info will be provided immediately, such as:
who is the courier handling the domestic leg
where the package is currently located
when it was actually taken over by the domestic courier
when and at what time the failed delivery messages were delivered (so their possible falsity can be proven)
and other auxiliary info.
After that, just take a screenshot of the page and email it to the courier, asking why their service is so poor (some say they hold on to the goods to get paid the surplus due for storage, who knows if that's true)
