How to resend an item returned to the sender due to an incorrect address using eBay Shipping Manager.

Good evening, can someone help me understand whether I can resend an item to a buyer who entered an incorrect address on eBay? The Post Office returned the package to me and I need to send it back to the correct address.

Good evening.you need to purchase a new shipment... you can no longer do it directly from the Seller Console... but directly on Packlink. Kind regards.
