How do I withdraw an offer?
I followed the offer withdrawal procedure but it keeps stopping at "contact the seller". I did that but I don't get a response! How does it work? The auction ends in 4 days... if so, am I obliged to pay?

Otherwise the seller will have to cancel it for you, if they want to.
You can also not pay, but you will be warned. The first warning has no effect; what matters is not to get any more.

If you win the auction, in theory yes, you would be obligated to pay...
