How can a seller handle their own international shipping alone, without eBay's service and without printing any label.

And use their own courier that isn't listed in eBay's shipping services?

How is it not written? You buy the shipping wherever you want, take the address from the seller console or from the message that eBay sends you, and then upload the shipping code to the system..... https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/posting-items/tracking-items-youve-sold?id=4088

Until a couple of years ago, everyone had to take care of it themselves. Today there is this agreement with Packlink, but using it is absolutely optional.
