Recently I ran into a specific problem that, as far as I’ve been able to figure out, is due to the label content. They were two different orders shipped by two different sellers, but in both cases I had chosen delivery to a pickup point and it was the same place for both orders. The pickup point is very active for several couriers, including Amazon, and I’ve never had any problems using this pickup point. The problem I found is that sellers use the automatically generated label which usually takes the form: recipient name, c/o pickup point name, address, and eCP code for pickup. Unfortunately, it seems that only the pickup point name is included, without the full address. For the order shipped through poste.it with SDA, SDA was able to understand that it was a pickup point even without the full address and therefore delivered it anyway. In the other order, however, it ended up held by GLS pending a change by the sender. The problem could be avoided if the seller does a detailed check of the provided label and notices it; otherwise it becomes a headache because I, as the recipient, can do little with the courier even though I have everything needed to resolve it. So the question is - how can I contact eBay to ask them to check how this specific pickup point is entered in the system to see if there are any issues that are creating an incomplete label?
