Hi, I created some listings where I’m selling a small item, and the package I ship in has very small dimensions and weight: 12 cm x 17.5 cm x 0.5 cm with a weight under 400 grams. When I create the listing, I always choose "Poste delivery standard - eBay Spedizioni" as the shipping service, and the calculated rates start from 5.11 euros, as shown in the image below. However, on the Punti di Ritiro di Poste Italiane | Spazio venditori page it says that the starting price is 3.57 euros (4.36 with VAT), a price that corresponds to the service with delivery and pickup at Punto Poste. Instead, the starting price for the service with home pickup and delivery to Punto Poste is 4.19 (5.11 with VAT). I always take my packages to a Punto Poste, and if I understood correctly, if the buyer decides to have the item shipped to a Punto Poste then the shipment falls under the case "delivery and pickup at Punto Poste," whereas if they decide to have it shipped to their home then the shipment falls under the case "home pickup and delivery to Punto Poste." The shipping price can therefore only be calculated when the buyer decides where to have the package sent, right? Why does the system automatically suggest 5.11 as the minimum rate instead of 4.36? and
