how to ship my items

I can't manage to ship my Pokémon cards; every time I sell a card I see that I have to press to ask for a label, but I press the button and nothing happens, so I'm forced to ship on my own, but it costs me more than 8 euros. If the card costs little I lose money; if it costs a lot, I don't care, I'm forced to ship it anyway. They should send me an email written out step by step, exactly how I have to do it, then maybe I would manage to understand the shipping system. As for the package, I buy padded envelopes and also put the cards inside a thick cardboard so they don't bend. I don't know if you can get permission to write me an email; otherwise I'll try to manage as I've done so far. Regarding customers, I don't send an envelope without thinking.
