how to remove or modify negative or neutral feedback
I'd like to remove negative feedback that I left for a seller, or it would also be fine to change feedback from negative to positive.....how do you do that?

first of all, it would be enough not to go off on a “rant” when problems arise... stay calm and wait for the seller’s solution or open proper reports on eBay.
Anyway, as for your question, on your own you can’t do anything; if more than 30 days haven’t passed, you can ask the seller to send you a request to revise the feedback, obviously if they still have one available.
