How to find a refund made by eBay on Google Pay
I received a refund from eBay for a product that never arrived. According to eBay, the refund was credited to Google Pay, a payment method I have never used to make purchases on this platform. Where can I find the Google Pay statement? Following the instructions on " Find charges, transactions and statements", it tells me to open the "Payment methods" page and, under Google Pay balance, click Statements. On the page I open, Payment methods, there is no Google Pay balance option and, let alone, statements. Where am I going wrong?

Mentore2 years agoIf you received confirmation emails for the refund from eBay, you’ll find that refund exactly on the same payment method you used... so if you didn’t use Google Pay, look for it on the method you used.
