how to protect yourself from troublemakers

Good morning everyone,

I have a sales listing and for the second time it has been completely ruined by the intervention of troublemakers, namely users with 0 feedback, clearly created on the fly with the sole purpose of disrupting auctions. Once the auction is over, these users disappear and I have to start from scratch to sell the item. I can't find a way to protect myself, and customer service tells me that users with 0 feedback can't be blocked because everyone must have the right to start. Fair enough, I'm okay with that too, but how am I protected? Maybe the only way is to avoid eBay and sell elsewhere.

Good morning,

you can avoid auctions and use only listings with Buy It Now and immediate payment.

Or, it seems strange to me that support told you feedback scores of zero can’t be blocked, try reading here:
