How to protect yourself for untracked shipments

Good morning,

how do you protect yourselves for untracked shipments?

I was thinking of making a video when I put the letter in the mailbox or when I hand the letter/package over to the post office.

Do you think that makes sense?

It would all be pointless effort.At least the delivery result from posta1 would be needed.With untracked shipments, in the event of a dispute over an item not received, any proof of dispatch is irrelevant and you will be forced to refund the buyer. hellomario
