Good morning,
I made a purchase on eBay, it will be the first and the last. The video intercom was supposed to arrive on March 18, today is the 26th and nothing!!!!
In the shipment tracking it still shows as not yet sent, you are not serious - nothing like Amazon
I have already made a complaint but they didn’t even respond ...
if this is professionalism...

first of all, eBay does NOT sell anything... unlike Amazon... something that is never understood!
Who did you file a complaint with?
Have you read how the marketplace is regulated?
Have you read the seller's terms of sale from whom you purchased?
There you go... get properly informed, then we'll talk again.
