buy more items from the same seller

when I try to buy more than one item from the same seller, eBay's system says that the seller does not offer combined shipping; I contact the seller and he replies that he has not put any block on combined shipping... why am I having this problem?  thanks for your kind replies   saverio

There is no contradiction between not offering it automatically and not having put any blocks in place. It just has to be done manually.

The problem is that you have to buy it and then, before entering the payment module, ask for combined shipping. The discount, if not agreed beforehand, is at the seller's discretion.
